The ultimate revelation was that Jesus is the Son of God. Jesus selected Peter, James and John to witness three important events. 1) Jairus house 2) Gethsemane 3) the Transfiguration. The Lord’s glory was not reflected, but rather it radiated from within. The same Jesus who had for over 30 years lived in human form now blazed with the Glory of God. When we meditate on God’s Word and in it see God’s Son Jesus Christ, then the Spirit transforms us into His image from glory to glory.
