Talents represent opportunities to use our gifts and abilities for the Kingdom. In application of this parable, it is appropriate to see these talents as life resources – such as time, money, abilities, and authority. In God’s eyes it is not the amount of the gifts but our faithfulness to use what we have that is the most important. What are you doing with what God has given you? Are you using your time, your money, your talents for bearing fruit for the Kingdom?
