Jesus gives us a beautiful word of hope, regarding the "elect." The elect have been divinely chosen by Him and called out as His people, His very own children. The disciples asked Jesus, "What will be the sign that You are coming?" Rather than some secretive event in the wilderness, the return of Messiah will be both public and dramatic.
