Don’t suppress, but acknowledge your anger. “Be angry and do not sin” (Ephesians 4:26). Don’t vent, but pray your anger. Don’t plot your response, but trust it to God. “Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, 'I will take revenge; I will pay them back,' says the LORD'” (Romans 12:19).
